The hotel offers a clear view of the church making it a great spot for photos, although the rooms got quite hot despite the cold weather and noise from the heating and ventilation systems was disruptive. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, with special praise for Elliott's exceptional service. The location is excellent, right next to the cathedral and close to everything we wanted to do. The dining experience was good, with a nice selection of quality food, but there were some hiccups in service such as missing bacon. Overall, a nice place with some minor room issues and good service.
